Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, CJPacket Ordinary currently estimates delivery in 4–9 business days for many US orders. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing and incorrect addresses can add time.
Tracking is emailed when it becomes available. Tracking can take several days to show its first scan. If it has not updated for seven business days, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
Our confirmed CJPacket Ordinary US route is delivered duty paid (DDP). Customers should not normally be asked to pay import duties on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected import payment, contact us before paying it.
Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins, and additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
If a parcel is substantially delayed, marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email justin.hilliard@hotmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking and work with the carrier or supplier on the appropriate next step.
